A smoker (in the UK in 2024) who typically smokes twenty cigarettes a day, will spend over £5,000 a year on cigarettes, with roughly 80% or £4000 of that being in taxes and VAT. Fortunately, as the the risk of dying from lung cancer is more than 23 times higher in men and about 13 times higher in women than nonsmokers, for those who smoke twenty or more a day, there is still a chance you may have a few pennies left to take care of the loved ones you prematurely leave behind ….

FIRST CONSULTANT AND HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION

Once you have signed up to the programme, we will schedule your first consultation. In this sessions, which will last between 60 to 90 minutes, we will discuss your smoking history and why you have not been able to stop until now. You will then have the first of three hypnosis and coaching sessions.

personalised MINDFUL SMOKING MONITOR CREATED

Following on from your first session, you should already be feeling ready to finally quit. Soon after the first session, your bespoke smoking monitor, based on all of the information shared in our first session, will be sent to you. All desires to smoke going forward, whether acted upon or not, will be now monitored and recorded.

TWO WEEK CONSULTANT AND HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION

The chances are, by the time you attend  this second session, you will already be a happy and confident non-smoker. Together, we will analyse your habits and behaviours from the two weeks of data we have collected, reinforce the great work you have done so far using hypnosis, or provide you with any additional resources you may still need. If you are confident that you will remain a non-smoker at this point, you can cancel the third session and be refunded at current session rates.

FOUR WEEK CONSULTATION, session and sign off

Two weeks after our last session together we will reconvene for the third and final time. By now you should be free from the hold cigarettes have had over you and looking forward to living life smoke-free. We will look at a whole month’s worth of submissions and observe the shifts in your patterns of behaviour and hopefully discuss what a great investment in time and money the programme has been, providing any of the residual help you may still need.
